Brand Manager
We are looking for a colleague to help us build our awesome Givet universe! Someone who will take care of some of our brands in a complex way – from an idea and marketing to co-operation with sales department. Interested?
You will take care of one of our brands, actively developing it in context of margin and whole P&L. Your role is to propose sales and communication strategy of the brand, participate on pricing strategy and sales strategy. We want you to constantly come up with product and brand innovations so we can make our portfolio even better. Of course, you are able to actively work with numbers and metrics and analyze data, monitore market and competition.
Job requirements
We are looking for a person with proved experience in building new product and brand strategy, ideally in beauty or FMCG segment. We prefer candidates with e-commerce experience and experience with holding P&L fully. Knowledge of production is not necessary, but we need you to know the production part of marketing (not just idea-making). We are looking for a team member who is a leader with ability to motivate others, who is driven and resistant to pressure and who is able to think strategically and can make fast decisions. Project/Product Manager
We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for a product pipeline, from product conception to timeline management. The ideal candidate is excited and passionate about developing cosmetics and will be a key contributor to a growing beauty brand.
You will be responsible for developing creative project plans and managing the work breakdown structure, task, timing and resources (in- house and vendors) to execute projects on time and on budget.
Job requirements
We are looking for person who is well – organized with excellent attention to detail and quality. We prefere candidates who are proactive in retrieving and following up on all assets necessary to get job done on time and with quality.
