Executive Assistant to CEO - Prague
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in daily operations, travel planning, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO & Management
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and materials
– Prepare presentations and meeting notes
– Handle ad hoc tasks from the CEO
Business Travel & Events
– Plan international travel and team offsites
– Coordinate logistics for board workshops
Admin & Office Operations
– Process invoices and contracts
– Oversee office-related tasks and internal workflows
Company Fleet Management
– Schedule servicing, tire changes, and cleaning
– Manage toll passes, fuel cards, and occasional car transfers
Job requirements
- You’re highly organized and great at planning
- You communicate professionally and work well with different people
- You have experience with administration and travel coordination
- You’re confident using standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You’re an active driver with a valid license
